Giro molto bello ed impegnativo. Salita di 25 km salendo da Luzzi.
Consigliata sosta ristoro a Moccone poi si può proseguire per Fago del soldato e poi Monte Scuro prima di scendere per Cosenza.
Sorgenti lungo il percorso, consigliata quella di Varco S. Mauro, Monte scuro prima della vetta e subito dopo 500m dopo la vetta scendendo!
PS. Eventualmente si può allungare il giro per Camigliatello e poi costeggiare il lago Arvo via Lorica .. risalire poi e riscendere da Pietrafitta, S. Ippolito fino a Cosenza. (140 km circa)
