The path is very beautiful for me, as it mainly runs on side and asphalted roads with a good surface. For 'refuelling' in shops, stop in larger cities, as many routes are indeed in the idyllic Slovenian countryside. When the path from Ljutomer transitions into the Pomurje plain down to Lendava, one can reach a very high speed, as the wind is usually favorable and blows from behind. This holds true if it blows from the southwest, which always occurs before a deterioration in the weather. Then it is very pleasant to ride through Prekmurje and stop at Bukovniško Lake, where there are also bioenergetic points. The most beautiful is to ride in the evening towards Moravci and Murska and home. At that time, the wind usually dies down and the return journey towards Maribor is somewhat easier. The biggest climb is from Sakušak towards the Puh Museum. If you turn the route around, you can even reach 90 km/h on that hill with a favorable wind. But of course, carefully. A very beautiful section of the route is also from Cerkvenjak - Vitomarci - Trnovska vas to Selce. The route is planned so that over 95% runs on nice smooth asphalt. I call it the Styrian-Prekmurje loop :)
