A saída é da BR 381, altura do posto da Polícia Rodoviária Federal em Sabará, antes do trevo de Santa Luzia.

Segue até Santa Luzia pela Av. Beira Rio, e volta a Belo Horizonte pela Av. das Indústrias, Via 240 (Risoleta Neves) e Cristiano Machado.

Percorre toda a Silviano Brandão, a fim de passar pela minha antiga morada no Horto (próx. ao Estádio Independência). Desemboca na Andradas, passa pelo Shopping Boulevard e Santa Efigênia, buscando estrear a ciclovia da Bernardo Monteiro/Prof. Moraes.

Chega ao almoço no Yan Shen Zay após cerca de 40 km de pedal.
