Oranje Nassau oord / Landgoed Kortenburg: purchased by William III in 1882 for Emma; 1883 ONO palace; converted at her retirement into a charitable institution to combat tuberculosis. The sanatorium building appeared in 1901. Sheltered design against drafts! Palace demolished after WWII. Sanatorium converted in the 1970s into a nursing home for elderly with dementia
