Loop from Rabac via Ripendo Kras, Plonin, Štrmac, Labin and back to Rabac.\n\nThe best approach is from the pool of the Girandella Hotel, behind which the asphalt road begins and then the gravel path along the sea. I was searching a bit for the entrance, so don’t be misled by the initial twists on the GPS.\n\nThe most beautiful part is the first third, that is, the ascent to the 'hill', riding at the top and descending to Plonin. In Plonin, there is a refreshment point by the football field. Be cautious during the descent into Plonin and the 'floating' stones, as I went over the handlebars twice.\n\nFrom Plonin to Štrmac, you can ride on asphalt on the roads (this route) or on the gravel that you will find on the maps.\n\nThen the descent from Labin to Rabac is magnificent.\n\nA large part of this route is marked on the bike map of the area, which you can get at the tourist info for about 40Kn.\n\nEnjoy the ride, I almost lost my soul there in the midday heat and with some stomach discomfort :-)\n\nIf it's too hot, there is a turnoff before Ripendo Kras for a shortcut back to Rabac :-) .. it’s indicated on the GPS...
