Loisium No 1 - kurz

This tour is the shortened version of our favorite route Loisium No 1. This tour is also a scenic dream and is typically Waldviertel and Kamptal - however, the entrance into the Kamptal already occurs in Gars am Kamp - the section to Rosenburg is omitted. / At the beginning, there is a longer ascent over Schiltern to the Waldviertel high plateau and then back down to Gars am Kamp. After that, it goes downstream along the Kamptal back to the LOISIUM. / Except for some sections on the Kamptal cycle path, the route follows exclusively paved roads and bike paths. / Perfect route for trekking, gravel, and e-bikes. / As a longer alternative with a bit more elevation gain, we recommend "Loisium No 1". Identical to this route, but the entrance into the Kamptal occurs at Rosenburg.
