Four good hills on this route: Highland St from east side (long/challenging), Highland St from west side (moderate); Prospect St (very steep but short); Valentine St (moderate). The loops can be repeated to extend distance and aerobic challenge. Start can be anywhere convenient to you. Best (little traffic) in early morning on week days (6 - 7 am) or weekend mornings. Feels like a spinning class.
