Semimaraton MCS la Dragomirma

Half Marathon (time limit 5 hours): Length approx. 22 km with a positive elevation gain of 400 m. The start is at the equestrian center "Pe Cai la Mitoc", passing by the Dragomirna Monastery and entering the forest. At approx. km 4 there is a split between the CROS and SEMI trails. The SEMI runners turn left and the road continues to the barrier at Lipoveni, where there is the first supply and hydration point. Then, it ascends towards the plateau. At the exit onto the plateau, a right turn is made. About 500 meters follow on the plateau, next to the forest, then re-enter into the forest and follow about 3 km of descent to the Dragomirna - Pătrăuți forest road. A left turn is made and after 800 meters, the second supply and hydration point on the route is reached – the Pătrăuți rest stop (km 12.5). Following are 3.5 km of relaxed running through a wonderful forest. At km 16, at the "La Fântână" rest stop, the next hydration and supply point is located. Follow a 1.5 km climb, a return of approx. 1 km and we reach the last hydration and supply point – the intersection of Zvoriștia-Pătrauți – Dragomirna – km 18.5. From here we have a 2 km descent and then another 2 km of road through the village until the equestrian center "Pe Cai la Mitoc". Start time – 09:00.
