1000km de la Pcia de Buenos Aires en bici

For my summer vacation 2010, I made the decision to undertake this adventure of covering over 1000km on a solo trip by bicycle through the Province of Buenos Aires; I did it connecting my city of Olivos with Tandil, Mar del Plata, and back to Olivos. I did it aboard a mountain bike Zenith Sala 2007, equipped with a Deore 27-speed drivetrain, an adjustable 120mm RST fork, mechanical Shimano 545 disc brakes, Hutchinson Protect air 26 x 1.35 tires; Sigma C906 cycle computer. I carried updated road maps, loaded 4 water bottles for a total of about 3 liters of water and juices, a rear rack with panniers, a tent for 1 person, a sleeping bag, tools and spare parts for the bicycle; replacement mountain tires Maxxis Highroller 26 x 2.35; non-perishable food, a first aid kit, warm clothing, and hygiene items.
