huergas La majúa Torre Huergas

The route begins in Huergas de Babia and has a strong but 100% rideable climb that starts at Majúa. It is about 5 or 6 km of climbing at first in a gentle way until the steeper ramps arrive. It becomes easier again and ends with a couple of short climbs where you wonder why this is happening now. It takes 2:30 hours with a brief stop at Collado Veiga Redonda and the possibility of seeing wildlife; a few deer dashed away in front of my stealthy presence.
