The Passathon circuit along Donau-Traun-Trattnach in Upper Austria showcases the full diversity of different building uses in climate-friendly lighthouse projects. From the transformation of a listed industrial ruin into the headquarters of a global technology leader, an exhibition hall with a 90-meter span, or a church with an experienceable ventilation shaft, just three extraordinary examples are named in Wels. The healthcare facility of BVAEB in Bad Schallerbach offers a significant increase in living comfort with its model renovation. The Achleitner organic farm in Eferding is a delight for the eyes and palate and should definitely be used for a rest and refreshment. In Walding, not only passive houses are built in timber construction, but the operation itself was of course constructed to this standard. The Anton Bruckner Private University for Music, Drama and Dance in Urfahr equally values living comfort as does the Rudigier nursing home of the Sisters of the Cross in Linz. Two exemplary renovated special schools as well as the AK education center and buildings in Solarcity Pichling, alongside the first renovation of an old apartment building into a passive house, are some of Linz's highlights.
