Rovinatý terén vhodný zejména pro kompenzační trénink, nebo rozjetí. Úseky Lysá n/L - Nymburk a Sadská - Hradištko - Kersko - Semice se dají využít i pro intervalový rychlostní trénink. Poslední kilometry vedou po silnici I.třídy, takže raději mimo dopravní špičku. Zajímavosti: V Přerově se jede kolem Skanzenu lidové architektury. V Kersku dlouho žil Bohumil Hrabal, zrovna tak v Nymburce (v pivovaru - Postřižiny).
