This is one of the approach routes to the starting point (Katwijk aan Zee) of the Rhine Route, as proposed and detailed in the book, CYCLING THE RHINE ROUTE, by John Powell  This is the best coastal route I can see on the map. I have not cycled / ground-researched this route, but it looks like one I can recommend.
