About this route
We leave the CFE road to Coquimatlán at 8:00 AM to head to Jala, where the path begins. After passing the town of Alcomún, the road becomes rocky and very steep. It is difficult to maintain balance and traction, so on several occasions, one has to walk. Further on, the route turns into a single track, fast in some places and very technical in others. This trail ends at the Manzanillo-Colima highway.
