Diepenheim is the smallest town in Twente and is also called 'Stedeke' by its inhabitants. In this town, where art and culture are highly valued, you can stroll past the most beautiful art galleries. In the Borkeld nature reserve, which is part of the Sallandse Heuvelrug, the local shepherd walks his flock of sheep every day.
