Warm-up loop after starting east along Pelham Rd. Head north on 5th (at 3.2km) for 12k warmup (or stay on 8th ave for 5km warmup). Once back on Pelham Rd. follow the merry-go-round - uphill on Effingham, downhill on Pelham - till you've had enough (each circuit 6km with 40m/2km, avg 2%). RH turns while doing the hills to keep things safe.
