Heppendorf - Sophie - zurück

Until Sophie, it’s flat. Then it goes steep up the height. Ok ok... the text is brief...Here more detailed:From Heppendorf, it goes over paved road/cycle path. Passing Wüllenrath (new café with a great view over the construction) always keep right next to the construction. You cross the Terra Nova Speedway and ride a little bit on dirt paths before and after. And lo and behold... Sophie appears before you. You continue on the road and occasionally glance to the left knowing... it’s going to go up there soon. And then the moment arrives. We turn left onto a dirt path (no longer paved) and head directly up the height. Catch your breath for a moment and up... 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5... after the hairpins, it’s a short flat stretch before the last deadly climb to the towerlet... Back the whole way and that's it. My best time for the route is 1:28. Have fun and no broken spokes!
