We are closing the European Mobility Week with a real treat and inviting all cycling enthusiasts to an all-day (140 km) bike tour. During the tour of the southern part of Békés County, we will visit numerous natural and cultural sights. We will view the architectural curiosities of the settlements, look for the natural values found at the border, take plenty of photos, and in the meantime, there will also be time to rest several times. We will enrich the Critical Mass program, now held for the third time, with this beautiful long bike tour! So the tour promises to be very exciting, and hopefully a good team will come together! Departure point: Kossuth Square, Békéscsaba Date: September 24, 2011, 07:00 Route: Békéscsaba - Kétegyháza - Elek - Lőkösháza - Kevermes - Dombegyház - Battonya - Mezőhegyes - Tótkomlós - Kaszaper - Csanádapáca - Csabaszabadi - Békéscsaba Required equipment: reliable bicycle, spare tube, visibility vest, bike helmet if available, food and drink! Anyone can join the bike tour along the way! The tour will be tough; I recommend it only for the prepared!
