Von der Franzensfeste orographisch links am Stausee nach Aicha (Radstation) und Mühlbach - an der Mühlbacher Klause rechts unter die Landstraße hindurch - Waldstück bis zu einer Brücke - dann orographisch links (gegen die Flussrichtung) nach Vintl (Radstation Pitstopp)- durch Wiesen und Felder bis nach Kiens-Ehrenburg und dann etwas steil über den Kniepass - Abfahrt nach St. Lorenzen - kreuz und quer nach Bruneck - der Rienz aufwärts folgend nach Percha - Olang - Welsberg - Niederdorf - Toblach (europäische Wasserscheide der Rienz-Drau) - gemütlich nach Innichen
