- 5 pitches on Fifth Avenue and Tewkesbury Avenue (14 %, 17 %, 12 %, 13 %, and 13 %, respectively)
- Climb of Vermont-sur-le-Lac (2 km at 7.5 %)
- Climb of the Stoneham ski center (1.4 km at 8.5 %) My favorite climb in Quebec because of its switchbacks with 15 % and 18 %.
- Climb St-Adolphe (4 km at 6 %, a final stretch of 2 km at 13 % and a max of 18 %)
- A beautiful climb and a dizzying descent!
- As a beautiful viewpoint, Jacques-Cartier River and mountains.
