4 hour circular route. Dirt from Juana Vicente to El Limon. Tough 15-minute climb carryjng the bike other side of river until hill top trail to Palmarito. Bring plenty of drink to rehydrate.

After crossing river steep climb carrying bike in many places. If you are sharp, take the trail the other side of the fence and take right hand trail at big mango tree close the top for a short cut.
