Xi'an auf der Stadtmauer

Very wide, very well-preserved city wall. You can rent bikes up there and ride around the city center in about 100 minutes. Outside are skyscrapers, inside are older and smaller buildings. The ground is relatively smooth - masonry - only occasionally does it get bumpy. The bikes are quite hard and for Europeans, you have to look for something that also allows the saddle to be adjusted to leg height. But it’s not a day tour - you can manage.

We misjudged the time due to taking photos and wandering around and so on - the 100 minutes you can rent the bikes were just barely enough, in the last third we were racing to make it.
