Starting point Jerzens. Via Kienberg and Matzlewald towards Piller. Before Langegerte, turn right to Bichl. Continue via Eggmahd towards Farmie. Towards Trenk - Amishaufen via a field path towards Hochasten chapel, then left past Plattenrain to Timmler Alm and straight on towards Imsterberg. Return via Imster Au on the cycle path towards the station. Old valley road Arzler Wald - Arzl. The L16 state road back to Jerzens. Alternatively, briefly at the Timmls junction take the MTB route via Steinhof to Wenns and then back via Langegerte and Matzlewald to Jerzens.
