Il giro, partendo dal Bolzaneto, collega la Val Polcevera alla Val Bisagno attraverso il valico di Trensasco. Proseguendo da Molassana, poi Struppa , salendo fino a Creto, e scendendo a Montoggio si giunge in Valle Scrivia. Da Orero, via Pedemonte si rientra il Val Polcevera. Escludendo i tratti nelle delegazioni di Bolzaneto e Molassana il percorso è poco trafficato. Impegnativa la lunga salita di 8,5 Km fino a Creto con pendenza regolare intorno al 6%
