Nörvenich - Eitorf

Beautiful route from Nörvenich via Erftstadt to Brühl and Wesseling. From there along the Rhine to the ferry at Hersel. Cross over to Mondorf and via Troisdorf and Siegburg to Hennef. Behind Hennef along the Sieg to Eitorf to the train station. Once there, you can easily take the S12 back to Kerpen-Buir and then have about 8 kilometers back to Nörvenich. For a road cycling tour, one should skip the path along the Rhine and take the country road. The cycling path along the Rhine is in poor condition. Scenically beautiful route without inclines. It is almost always a gentle downhill and you mostly have a tailwind.
