We head towards Villares, approximately at km 8 we turn left onto a path that runs right next to a farmhouse called Casa Calabruc. We start to climb up a dirt road that quickly becomes tarmac. The ascent is tough but given the hard surface, it’s quite manageable. We finish ascending when we reach the road that descends from La Grana towards San Isidro. At this junction, we take a left to ascend to the Sierra de La Grana. Once there, we begin to descend towards Pilar del Marchante, continuing on until we hit the road to Villares, turning right towards Martos. This route is recommended for when you don't have much time and want to do something intense, lasting about 2 hours and can be done at a good pace. This route includes sections of road, olive groves, and mountains; it is very varied and beautiful due to its variety.
