We leave Martos heading towards Villares, at km 8 we take a left, we start to climb, at the next crossing we turn left again and after a tough ascent we reach the track that descends from Grana towards San Isidro. At this intersection, we take a right again and ascend towards Grana, from there we begin to descend to the road to Villares, turning right back to Martos. This route is almost the same as the one I provided you earlier; the only difference is that we do not ascend on a tarred road but on an olive grove trail. There are some very steep and a bit technical sections during the climb, which are better in winter as the rains make the ground more compact and the traction is much better. Ideal for training and doing it at a good pace, it lasts about two hours.
