- Mercoled矛 18 agosto 2004 - 10a Tappa:<br />Cacabelos - Triacastela <br />Tempo nuvoloso e pioggia<br />E' il giorno del Cebreiro ed il cielo non promette niente di buono.<br />Partiamo sotto l'acqua e ci portiamo verso Villafranca del Bierzo. Qui le nuvole si diradano lasciando uscire un p貌 di sole. Dopo qualche saliscendi inizia la salita, quella vera, che ci porter脿 a O' Cebreiro, grazioso paesino a 1300 metri di altezza. Quattro km durissimi, una pendenza media del 15% e mentre Marino e Joserra si involano, sfidandosi sui lunghi diagonali che portano in vetta, per noi del tandem il ritmo 猫 leggermente superiore a quello di un pellegrino a piedi (4 o 5 km/h). Giunti a O' Cebreiro, dopo una piccola sosta, ripartiamo sotto un forte vento, superiamo l'Alto del Poio con i suoi 1463 metri di altitudine e poi gi霉 in picchiata accompagnati da un temporale verso Triacastela, dove troviamo alloggio presso una casa privata.
