2012年1月14日總統大選鐵馬家庭環島19T臺灣單車大鐵人一日北高暨三日環島行程。預計自1月14日18:00起迄1月15日18:00 止24小時內完一日北高380公里自台北大稻埕碼頭到高雄左營高鐵站。另外加2天完成環島行程。

一日北高路段：

1. 台北新竹段：夜間行程，停八里左岸7-11、竹圍海口萊爾、永安漁港7-11至南寮五府全家吃宵夜。

2. 新竹彰化段：午夜行程，停竹南龍鳳7-11、通霄白沙屯7-11、苑裡龍德家商萊爾富、梧棲詠珊7-11至鹿港天后宮晨休。

3. 彰化嘉義段：清晨行程，停鹿港富林早餐店、芳苑7-11、麥寮麥豐7-11、口湖世鑫7-11到布袋全家吃午餐。

4. 嘉義高雄段：午間行程，停將軍7-11、安平湖美7-11、永安永新萊爾富、世運體育場至高鐵左營站。
