To reach 'Salinas de Añana,' we had to look for bikeable routes. Generally, I use 3 apps with a start/finish location input and then take the middle path. It worked quite well, although 5 km of gravel and steep inclines were unavoidable.

We have already experienced the generally very poor condition of the Eurovelo routes on several trips. A similarly experienced cycling couple reported the catastrophic condition of the EV8 and aborted their journey in Barcelona (Portugal was their destination). So we were forewarned and only had a vague hope for high-quality routes.
