Fridolfing - Paris (4-1) : Bar-le-Duc - Montmirail

Section of the long-distance route Fridolfing - Paris, is oriented towards the route proposed by radweit.de. However, the focus has been on fitness for road bikes.

The route through Champagne is pleasantly quiet. Bike lanes are as unknown as they are unnecessary, since there is hardly any traffic away from the highways and national roads. Accompanied by beautiful river landscapes, one could only point out one thing: the asphalt surface is not as smooth as one is used to at home, but is probably somewhat rutted due to repeated gravel orgies, so that road bikes and rear ends are a bit more stressed than necessary.
