Day of biking and ferry crossings. We leave Rumia together, but after a while, I ride alone again. Maneuvering through Gdynia. Getting to Sopot and here a super bike highway, even with speed bumps. Great ride to Gdańsk, despite the large number of cyclists and skaters. End in Nowy Port. An entrance to my cousin's place but I didn't find him. The first ferry crossing 'Wisłoujście', direction Sobieszewo, then a ferry in Mikoszewo. Visiting the camp in Sztutowo, it leaves a depressing impression and forces reflection. Using the idea from the Krakow crew, around 16:00 I board the last tourist boat from Krynica to Frombork. A dubious attraction, and if I had known earlier how much I would pay (me-25 PLN bike-20 PLN!), I would have gone around the reservoir. Very nice Frombork, then on to Braniewo. As usual when I travel, I find many nice camping spots during the day, but when evening approaches, it's a mess. It starts to cloud over and drizzle. I drive into a farm, ask about the possibility of staying overnight and set up camp nearby on a field. I repeat this camping method several more times on my journey. No one has ever refused me, and how many nice acquaintances I've made. Bathing in a muddy river. Eating under the tent, as it is now raining significantly.
