Aktiv-Tour im Kraichgau-Stromberg

<p><strong>Elsenz – Weiler 24.0 km</strong><br />- The tour starts in Elsenz at the church. Follow the "Eppinger Str."<br />towards Eppingen, then the first left uphill ("Weisenbergstr.") following the Kraichgau-Hohenlohe trail.</p> <p>- At the top, follow the service road to the right, past the new housing development and at the second fork, take a slight left, gently downhill, then over the bridge, across the ditch and downhill again through the woods to the main road. Turn right onto this road towards Adelshofen.</p> <p>- At the village entrance take a slight left towards Richen. Left around the bend and at the T-junction turn right to and past the sports ground out of the village and along the valley.</p> <p>- Follow the paved farm road downhill and straight into Eppingen.<br />At the roundabout take the first exit towards the old town and before the bridge turn left onto the bike/pedestrian path. Follow this straight along the Elsenz to the end. There take a slight left onto the farm road and follow it along the river and under the bridge.</p> <p>- The Kraichgau-Hohenlohe trail branches right towards Schwaigern; here continue straight along the Elsenz. At the entrance to Richen turn right, across the tracks and the bridge, then left and again left onto the farm road. Follow this along the valley to Ittlingen.</p> <p>- A short stretch on the L592 then left over the tracks and the Elsenz,<br />then right to and through Ittlingen.</p> <p>- At the bend in the priority road go straight, past the sports ground,<br />follow the paved path through the forest. At the sports ground cross the bridge in single file, briefly alongside the sports ground, then left downhill.</p> <p>- At the fork turn left and follow the paved road at the shooting house uphill along the valley. Right around the bend, uphill and at the summit left.</p> <p><strong>Weiler - Elsenz 21.0 km</strong></p> <p>- Straight ahead to the T-junction, then right to Weiler. Straight over the main road and follow the "Weinbergstr." below the castle. Right to the car park and the first paved farm road left or right as you like once around the castle. Coming from the castle turn right to and over the main road to the hiking car park. Past the hut gently downhill into the forest on the "Triebweg" to Hammerau.</p> <p>- Take the gravel road right to the hiking car park and follow straight past it. Left onto the "Hasenklingeweg" into the forest. At the hut turn right onto the "Roter Weg" and at the 4-way junction straight onto the "Grenzweg". Right onto the "Dühren" path then cross the "Höhenweg" and at the hut turn left. Straight downhill out of the forest and follow the paved path downhill to Waldangelloch.</p> <p>- At the village entrance turn left into the dead-end street and on the main road turn right and over the bridge. On the village bypass road turn left out of the village towards Eichelberg.</p> <p>- At the village exit turn right onto the farm road, follow this uphill and at the top left, then straight through the forest on the "Sperbelallee".</p> <p>- Out straight from the forest and on the paved road into Eichelberg. Follow the "Angellocher Str." to the end, then right downhill into the "Götzweg". Left onto the main road, then right into the "Gartenstr."</p> <p>- Next left into the "Hardt Weg". Follow this right, then into "Am Hardt" and on the bike/pedestrian path out of the village. At the T-junction right and along the valley. On the main road left on the bike/pedestrian path and on the L552 right towards Tiefenbach on the roadside bike path.</p> <p>- At its end left to the hiking car park and before the bridge right over the bus park, straight along the stream. Left over the bridge, past the sports ground, then right and the next left into "Raiffeisenstr."</p> <p>- At the fire station left and up "Menzinger Str." At the top continue straight and at the 4-way junction straight and follow the Kraichgau-Hohenlohe trail back to Elsenz.</p>
