After another tough day, I got going very slowly on a cloudy morning.

The last, as it later turned out, farewell to the Krakow group.

They set off towards Lublin, and after a longer pause (about 10-11:00) I headed to Siemiatycze and across the bridge over the Bug River to Janów Podlaski.

Along side roads (sometimes even very rough!) on the western bank of the Bug (beautiful and wild) I reached Janów. Along the way, I passed many amusingly named villages: Kózki, Buźka, Borsuki, Gnojno, Stary Bubel, Zaczopki, Bohukały, Krzyczew, and others :). The Podlasie Uniates sanctuary in Pratulin.

In Janów, of course, beautiful Arabian horses in the stud farm. Storm break with an ice cream in the confectionery.

Then on to Terespol. Shopping and looking for accommodation. Since it was wet and rainy and there were no outdoor accommodation options, I stayed in a youth hostel located in a school.

After dinner, a walk around Terespol, another Orthodox church in the cemetery.

A solitary overnight in a math classroom with a dozen beds.

The day before, a cycling team from Tychy had been there.

I also left my note on the board.
