Or climb yourself: 30 km from 0 to 2000 m above sea level. 0 km: From El Portillo towards El Teide on the TF-21. 14.5 km: Hotel El Parador and Roques de Garia are worth a stop. 21 km: Turn right towards Los Gigantes on the TF-38. 33 km: On the left side of the road is the Zona Recreativa Chio, be sure to refill water. 49 km: Turn left towards Arguayo on the TF-375. 57 km: Keep right towards Icod, Santiago del Teide on the TF-82. 61.6 km: Fleitas: Turn right towards Los Llanos on the TF-373. 63.9 km: Turn right towards Los Llanos. 73 km: Turn right towards El Amparo on the TF-366. 77 km: Turn left towards Puerto, after 100 m turn right towards Puerto. 77.5 km: Turn right. 79.4 km: Straight towards Puerto de la Cruz on TF-5. 82.4 km: Detour around tunnel. Turn left through Santa Domingo, back on TF-5. 91.5 km: Turn left towards San Vicente, follow TF-315 to Puerto. 98.4 km: Destination: Puerto de la Cruz
