Lemberg Tour from Bike 10/04:

'The locals' favorite route, as a third of the loop covers more challenging, narrow forest paths while revealing beautiful views of Schwäbisch Hall.

Starting point: Parking lot at the forest cemetery in front of the main entrance. A gently ascending gravel road leads up to Lemberg. On a narrow path, it crosses the ridge with views of the open-air museum village of Wackershausen and the Hohenlohe Plain. Then the path drops vertically. Two fallen trees block the thrill of the descent, but two wooden bridges help to overcome the obstacles. Passing by a 100-year-old oak, it goes into the waterfall gorge and continues to the ruins of Geyersburg. Above the hospital, the next path awaits, which ends just before the Ristorante 'Tre Mulini' (wood-fired pizza). Now just 100 altitude meters to the forest cemetery.

Directions to the starting point: From Stuttgart via the B14. 250 m after the town entrance to Schwäbisch Hall, shortly after Mediamarkt, turn left towards Rinnen. After about 700 m, turn left into the parking lot at the forest cemetery (it is signposted).'
