About this route
The starting point is Teguise. From the centre, follow a ridge along Calle Dulcinea with views of Playa Famara into an agriculturally used valley. Returning to the road towards the Ermita de las Nieves with a strenuous 5 km climb to the chapel (mostly rough washboard track). During the ascent, enjoy stunning views of Playa Famara and the steppe-like El Jable plain. Turn right from the paved access road to the chapel onto a track (Km 12.5), cross a ridge to Los Valles and return on LZ-10 to the starting point.
