<p>Start at Spitzbergstrasse, continue around the church to Malmerz, still on little frequented roads, further along Langer Weg towards the center, here ride onto the sidewalk to join the cycle path towards the station, then around the stadium, swimming complex Sonnebad - here begins the more challenging approximately 2 km climb to the restaurant and Schlossberg castle - nice view of the city. then a long descent to the old town (around the aquarium to the large church). After the church left around the cemetery a long climb to the village of Neufag, then turn right on the village square onto Waldstrasse (marked), we will reach the zoo and restaurant. From here a marked descent to Sonneberg and after reaching the road left we will be back on Spitzbergstrasse.</p>
