About This Route

Zahlreiche Gewässer, wie Bracks, Flutrinnen, Senken und Seen prägen die Flusslandschaft Elbe. Für Frösche, Unken, Kröten und Molche sind diese Feuchtgebiete wichtige Überlebensräume. Zwölf Amphibienarten fühlen sich hier heimisch und lassen im Frühsommer durch melodisches Rufen oder lautes Quaken von sich hören. Auf der Tour durch die Dannenberger Marsch vermitteln Informationstafeln an zehn Stationen Wissenswertes über die verschiedenen Gewässer und Amphibienarten. Auch in der Ausstellung „Sei (k)ein Frosch“ in Dannenberg kann man in die faszinierende Welt der Amphibien eintauchen.
