Lekroute 85 km

This route starts in Veen and leads via the dam of the diverted Maas to the bridge of Gorinchem. After a few kilometers over the dam along the Steenenshoek canal, it goes via the polder roads in a northern direction following the Schelluinse Vliet to the Lekdijk. This is followed, until Lexmond and then you follow the Merwedekanaal to Gorinchem. Via the Merwedebrug back in Sleeuwijk, you follow the Maasdijk. You can be sure that part of the route will have the wind blowing right in your face (:-)
