Od Trasy kwiatkowskiego do molo na Zaspie

This is a route running from Gdynia, through Sopot to Gdańsk. Since the route leads through quite steep forest trails in Orłowo, I recommend a mountain bike. So let's start: the route in the center of Gdynia leads through little-frequented roads and bike paths to allow for safe riding mainly on a solid asphalt surface. I do not ride along the Morska bike path because it is not worth inhaling exhaust from speeding cars - I ride on side streets - it is much more interesting :) Then I go on a road where you really have to be careful - this is Warszawska - but it's just a little piece. After reaching the intersection of Warszawska and Witomińska, I ride a sandy road to the loop 'Węzeł Cegielskiej', then through the SKM tunnels to the bike path along Real and then the sports hall. Then right by the stadium to Małokacka. Next, you need to get to the roundabout - at the roundabout first right to Lotników and along Lotników on the cobblestone road to Wielkopolska. Through Orłowo I ride Inżynierską St. to its very end - a little piece runs through a field road and then through the forest and next to a golf course. From the golf course, you need to head towards the sea :) That is, we step back a bit towards the center, then through the tunnel under the tracks, through al. Zwycięstwa and a little bit through the forest. And there, centimeters from the cliff you must go on narrow roads until you reach the bike paths in Sopot then Gdańsk. So a few kilometers inhaling iodine :) Notes: behind the pier at Zaspie there is still a bike path - but there the pedestrians show much less willingness to share the pavement with cyclists and sometimes it is really uninteresting – but I recommend :) next: when heading towards Gdańsk - along the sea there is a route from the pier in Orłowo, but at the beginning it leads mostly uphill so it is not worth the effort :) but you can try next: returning from Gdańsk, passing almost Sopot, at the place where the asphalt ends (behind the Swelina stream) and you have to go up wooden stairs, it is worth choosing the path as if returning to Sopot. It leads to the bike path along the avenue of victory and saves us the trouble of driving constantly uphill through forest paths. Then I usually ride to the intersection of al. Zwycięstwa with Wielkopolska and there to Lotników. next: behind the golf course there is an old asphalt road going uphill - it leads to a new observation tower from which you can see most of the coastline of Gdynia, Gdańsk and Sopot. I recommend :) next: for those traveling from Rumia or Chylonia I recommend the solid route through the forest on ul. Demptowską - up to Witomina - then you can descend via ul. Małokacką to ul. Lotników.
