The cycling route begins at the square in Brezová pod Bradlom. It continues along the road to Myjava and turns right at the Minarčiny settlement. Through the Jandova valley, it proceeds to Priepasné and climbs steadily up to Polianka. From there, a smooth descent leads to the square in Myjava, where it crosses the Kopaničiarska cycle magisterial route. It continues with a steady climb around the Kopánka district towards Poľana. From there, a gentle descent passes by the border crossing into Vrbovce. Then it continues through the valley to Sobotište, bypasses the Kunov dam on the left, and in Senica joins the Kopaničiarska cycle magisterial route and the Záhorie trail.
