Davide's Saturday loop from Sarzana

The first leg is from Sarzana to Santo Stefano, on a fairly busy flat stretch of road, but then on the outskirts of Santo Stefano the route cuts right and ijmmediately into quieter roads with great scenery, climbing up to Ponzano Superiore.  The loop continues through the hills past Falcinello, with some fairly steep sections but none very long and a sweet downhill towards the end.  Takes ~2 hrs at a leisurely pace, would be good to extend on to Fosdinovo before returning.
