We leave Las Rozas. We head towards the Rio Guadarrama. Downstream, along the left bank, we cross a tranquil dehesa. We cross to the other shore via the M-501. Now along the right bank, we pass by the V.V of the Rio Guadarrama. Upon reaching the CM-4004, we make a stop to replenish our strength. We cross the Rio Guadarrama, at the height of CM-4003 where we leave the river. We arrive in Toledo along the route of the train that connected Bargas with the imperial city. Today it is a path with the ambition of becoming a future Via Verde. A mandatory visit to the Puerta de la Bisagra and another stop. Rationing 'randonneur-style.' We leave Toledo via the old commuter train track to connect with the service road of the modern AVE until we reach the Camino Real – less we don't deserve – to alternate the route with the service road of the Canal de las Aves. We arrive at the Renfe station in Aranjuez where we will take the train home after '35 leagues on MTB.'
