Trujillo-Jaraicejo-Trujillo

The first kilometers run along the service road of the highway, a somewhat rolling terrain. When leaving the highway at the Jaraicejo junction, the Almonte river is crossed, followed by a nice climb up to the village of Jaraicejo. The road to Monroy is taken, which runs through an area of dehesas, until the intersection with the road to Plasencia. The Almonte river is crossed again, and then on to Tujillo through a flat area, although always slightly uphill.
