Okole Jeřábu

A route more suited to mountain bikes from Červená Voda via Moravský Karlov along the Březná stream, under Jeřáb to the chapel of the Holy Trinity. From there, on a nice gravel forest path along the contour line around Jeřáb, you return to the Trinity. On the loop, you climb again and about halfway at the junction under Jeřáb you turn onto the cross-country ski trail to Červená Voda and Šanov. On the way, do not turn left, even if the path leads that way. You reach the plain at Šanov and the observation tower on Křížová hora (Cross Hill) will be in view. Along a gentle path, you reach beneath the observation tower, from where you can go either to Šanov or on a trail according to the map via a forest descent above Červená Voda. Then follows a descent from the forest onto a paved farm road and along it back to Červená Voda. Descents in forest sections require caution.
