Erst in den Süden, dann in den Osten

First, you head through Melbeck, Velgen, Hanstedt, and Wriedel to the south before returning to Lüneburg. The section between Diersbüttel and Betzendrof is beautiful (new asphalt), but also quite exposed to the wind. In Lüneburg, the route goes across the campus to Studio 21, the meeting point of the university group, Wednesdays at 5:30 PM. Through Deutsch Evern and Barendorf, the route goes out to Barskamp and Katemin, Alt Garge, and Bleckede. The return path goes through the Bleckede Moor, a genuine recommendation—small road and very quiet. Through Neetze, you then get back to Barendorf.
