Übers untere Toggenburg ins Neckertal und zurück

passing by Fischingen Monastery the 'gorge' of the Murg river uphill to Mühlrüti through the large family town Mosnang towards Bütschwil in the Thur valley to Lichtensteig - the home of Kägi-fret up the pass to Wasserfluh and down into the beautiful Neckertal but since going downhill is boring, it's straight back up to Oberhelfenschwil - magnificent view down the ridge to Ganterschwil and over to Lütisburg and then to Bazedonien and then with the last bit of strength uphill again to Kirchberg and with the very last energy over the small saddle behind Dietschwil and plunged into the descent, past the most beautiful ski lift in the region through Oberwangen and back home
