PUERTO DE LOS DEGOLLAOS (por Ejulve)

The Puerto de los Degollados is located in the very heart of the Maestrazgo region in Teruel, specifically in the Andorra-Sierra de Arcos area, characterized by its rugged beauty, low population density, and a nature that asserts itself powerfully. This pass, relatively little known outside the cycling and mountaineering community, offers a unique climbing experience both for its technical features and the surrounding environment. Additionally, the pass connects the municipality of Ejulve with the wildest side of the Maestrazgo, eventually linking with villages such as Villarluengo and Cañada de Benatanduz. From Ejulve, the pass starts on a road that, beyond its modest layout, has become a symbol of isolation, beauty, and silence.
