From Abreschviller (290m) up the D44 to 789m and to the Col du Donon (718m, TdF2001: category 2); down the D392 to Schirmeck and further through the Bruche valley to Urmatt; left onto D218 via Niederhaslach (220m) and Oberhaslach (Route du Nideck) over the Col des Pandours (662m, TdF2006: category 3) to Wolfsthal, Wangenbourg-Engenthal (430m) to the left turn onto D143 to Obersteigen (Route de Dabo); after crossing the border into Lorraine the road becomes D45 (Route du Zollstock); over the Col de Valsberg (652m, TdF2006: category 3) past the Rocher de Dabo into the town of Dabo; continue on D45 via Schaeferhof; after Schaeferhof follow D45 left to the left turn to Vallerysthal; continue through Troisfontaines, Hartzviller and Voyer back to Abreschviller.
